Plot Synopsis

Volume 1-X: Discovery

Everyone has their secrets. Some people have secrets that they can never let the world know about. No, I'm not talking about murders or crimes or things like that. I'm talking about something more personal than that. By now, thanks to the explosion that occured at the Primatech facility, many people are now aware that there are those among us who are...well...not exactly normal. There are those among us, like the man that blew up in Primatech, who have special abilities. Some may call it an evolution of the human species, some call them deformities of humans. But, either way, those with abilities exist.

However, despite the events that had previously occured concerning a group called "The Company", they are very much still active. They just so happen to be staying away from those Petrelli and Bennet kids until they have more power to do so. To acquire more power, they need more "posthumans". Hence, where you come in.

In other words: This is an RP based in the universe of the hit NBC show Heroes. It will feature original characters, and takes place beginning approximately the same time as the beginning of Volume 4: Fugitive (The first episode of this was the one that aired on Feb. 2nd, for those who didn't know).

Rules:

#1: No godmodding, powerplaying, etc. That means you don't automatically hit someone, and you can't get away from everything.

#2: When RPing, please put what your character says in quotation marks ("") and your actions in complete sentences, as though you were writing a book.

#3: Please put any out-of-character posts in brackets, such as {}, [], or (). I really only care about having the end one, and will get one to you about it (Yes that includes the only person in the room higher ranked than me)

#4: Leave the drama to yo momma, and don't bring it in the chat.

#5: Be realistic about your powers, people. I'm not going to let 500 people with Peter's power run around, nor am I going to have 500 Claires. Try to be original with what powers you have, or at least rip off of someone besides Peter and Claire. I'm saying this now, because I know half of you are probably going to want Peter's power to borrow the power of others. Well, I'm probably only going to let two people have it. And don't try to be invincible, because I will make you take a flaw.

#6: No killing without permission. If you agree to kill off your character, I have no problem letting you make a new character
